Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered or shipped.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is wrong with your order (missing item, wrong item, defective product):

Please contact us within 24 hours at support@gasbox.net
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide a replacement or store credit if appropriate.


No Returns Accepted

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any cannabis or consumable products — opened or unopened.

This includes:

      • Flower
      • Pre-rolls
      • Vapes
      • Edibles
      • Concentrates
      • Accessories that have been used

    Delivery Issues

    If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, delivery fees are non-refundable.


    Shipping Issues

    Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses.

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will assist in filing a support request with the carrier.
